I had an issue with my laptop, in 5 minutes they managed to identify the issue and tell me what i was going to need Unfortunately i had to get a new Hard Drive As i DJ i needed the laptop within Two Days, The Repair was done and ready to be picked up within 48 hours, it was amazing how short timed it took for it get it done, this is them having the time to get a new hard drive delivered and installed with all latest windows updates I would highly recommend
