Mike provides great service - quick, helpful and very knowledgeable. He sorted out my HP ProDesk 600 G4 business desktop which needed a new SSD M2 and now runs like a dream. I'll think twice before buying another one which says no caddy. He also worked hard to diagnose the problem with my old desktop HP 8300 SFF and found that I'd managed to completely fry it by having a go at fixing it late one night. Very reasonable cost too - highly recommended.

I have been coming to CRS Norwich now for a couple of years I have NEVER had a problem with anything that he has repaired I have come to him with xbox controllers, laptop, my pc and even a digital clock for my car A service everytime
